We have removed a second rule around blocking IP addresses which caused the create payment method API to respond with a 403.

We have temporarily changed the rules for our API gateway, payments should be processing as usual

A new geoblocking rule on our API gateway has caused some payments to fail with a 403, country not allowed error.
